Marahau Water Taxis Refund / Cancellation Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until a credit card number is received or payment is made. The credit card number will be held as confirmation and will not be charged unless the customer asked that it is used for payment or the booking is cancelled without sufficient notice.
Full payment is to be made before departure.
We reserve the right to alter trips if necessary to ensure the safety of our customers, if we cancel a trip or part of a trip we refund the time affected.
Should you decide to cancel booking more then 24 hours prior to departure then no penalty will be incurred and a full refund will be given for any money already paid (less any administration fees incurred by agents), or credit card details destroyed.
Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior of departure will incur a 50% penalty.
Cancellations made less then 12 hours prior to departure and failure to show up at correct time will incur 100% penalty.
Penalties for amendments to bookings will be at the proprietor’s discretion, and dependant on ability to rebook seats, and amount of disruption it causes.
