Marahau Sea Kayaks Refund Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of 25% is received.
Full payment is to be made before departure.
We reserve the right to cancel all trips if conditions may affect your safety. In this case all money paid will be refunded.
In the case of the Freedom Kayak options, if the guide determines after your safety briefing that you are not capable and will be a danger to yourself then, any refunds will be at the discretion of the proprietor less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations made more then 48 hours prior of departure will not incur any penalty and full refund of any payments will be made, less a 10% administration fee and/or any fees incurred by the booking agent.
Refunds for cancellations made less then 48 hours prior to departure or failure to show up at correct time will depend on our ability to rebook your seats. You may incur up to 100% penalty, there will be a minimum of 10% administration fee.
Penalties for amendments to bookings will be at the proprietor’s discretion, and will depend on our ability to rebook your seats, and amount of disruption it causes.
Refunds for multi-day trips that were not completed will depend on the circumstances and will be at the discretion of the proprietor.
